        Abstract

Teachers are not just teachers; they are leaders who play an active role in the transformation and improvement of their schools. With their diverse perspectives and experiences, they enrich decision-making, contribute to the development of innovative practices, encourage development among colleagues, and create fairer schools. The shared leadership model can deliver better results with the involvement of all stakeholders. School administrators play an important role in promoting and supporting teacher leadership. While there are issues such as inequality and justice, this potential can be realised by encouraging and supporting all teachers to take on leadership roles. Teacher leadership is a powerful model that can create lasting change in education. By teachers and administrators working together, we can build a better future in our schools and ensure success for all students
